For Seniors

SilverSneaker Classes

SilverSneakers® is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social skills. The Community Center offers three SilverSneakers® programs at various times throughout the week. All SilverSneaker classes are "go at your own pace." So, whatever pace makes you most comfortable is great with our instructors and all exercises can be done in a sitting and/or standing position.

Off-Site Excursions

Every third and fifth Friday of the month, an off-site excursion is scheduled for our senior members. The destination and time of departure is listed on the monthly calendar. Transportation is provided free of charge. Admission fees and/or lunch charges may be associated with the trip. Ask the front desk at The Community Center for details on upcoming excursions.

CareLink Lunch

CareLink provides lunch every Monday from 12:00-12:30 pm. If you are 60 years old, or older, lunch is free (a donation of $1.60 would be greatly appreciated). Guests are welcome to join you for lunch. Please note: the fee for lunch is $5.00 if you are under the age of 60.
